Running for Rosemary

Ian Todd

Ian Todd

Friends,

In early 2019, our infant daughter Rosemary Poole Todd was diangosed with bacterial meningitis caused by e coli. We flew straight into the hands of John Hopkins Children's Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (pICU).

Rosemary endured close to two months in the pICU under the careful watch of multiple teams of doctors. She received life saving brain surgery from quite arguably the worlds greatest team of pediatric neurosurgeons.

We are home today. Rosemary, Maple, Erin, Mr. B and myself all get to live under one roof. That wouldn't be the case today without John Hopkins Children's Hospital.

This year, I run for Team Hopkins Kids at this year's Baltimore Running Festival as I run to raise money for patients receiving treatment at Johns Hopkins Children's Center.

All contributions will help provide care, comfort, research funds, and support for more than 100,000 patients seen each year. Just like Rosemary!

This cause is very dear to me, and I'll appreciate all the support I can get!
Together we can ensure that more children like Rosemary get a chance to live, regardless of the odds.

Best
- Ian
